Why are all the amazing and iconic songs in this game all DLC’s? That makes me feel a tad annoyed.

The thing is not everyone is gonna need everything. And custom dlc fills in the gaps. Not to mention they need to pay a lot for each song so of course they have to charge. And of course I'm sure not all of these songs are 'fun' to play or easy for beginners.

if the cord is illuminated more than usual i think that means it's an up strum. Just a small observation in your masterful performance. I'm still not sure, but that's the conclusion i came up with. Now you can have a field day on my videos.
@icebalm10 жыл бұрын
No, those are accented strums. If the chord is showing half height it's an up strum or a regular strum.
@YouCanPlayGUITAR210 жыл бұрын
Well there you go. Thanks man good to know.
@elitebelt9 жыл бұрын
I thought that meant you had to strum it a bit harder to make it have more "oomph" behind the note, and I first thought I figured that out on Losing My Religion, but what is an accented strum?
@YouCanPlayGUITAR29 жыл бұрын
Your right. It's an accented strum. Which means you strum a bit harder.

Ubisoft are not allowed to use just any recording; they have to use whichever version the rights holders give to them, so if the version that they receive turns out to be the original recording, then they have to use that.

I never knew this was from Aerosmith. I knew that Eminem sampled it, but I wouldn't have pictured it being by Aerosmith (Excuse my ignorance, but does Steven Tyler sing in this particular song? He sounds different, then again, I'm only familiar with his most famous songs). I always thought it was a Led Zeppelin song or something, back before I wasn't very familiar with Led Zeppelin, haha.
@Nubnut9 жыл бұрын
Yup that's Steven Tyler singing. This was actually one of the first songs he wrote if I remember correctly.
@Andres33AU9 жыл бұрын
Nubnut Ahh nice, thanks for the reply. Yeah, I noticed this song was from 1973, and one of the most famous early songs (for me anyway) is Walk This Way, which was 1975. Of course, I wouldn't listen to these songs until much later (was born in the 80's after all, haha). Thanks for the reply, there are some famous songs where I sometimes would never have guessed the artist. I found out the other day, We Could Be Heroes was by David Bowie, for eg. hahaha.

Honest question - the play count shows that this was the first time you played this song in RS. Did you know or practice the song before you played it in RS or was it really a first time try? Nice work either way

@kijorockz10 жыл бұрын
I would recommend getting it. I never started playing guitar until i took music class in high school last year and we didn't really even learn to play we just did history of music and i liked it so much so i got this guitar www.ultimate-guitar.com/reviews/electric_guitars/washburn/x10/index.html though i paid 150 for. (I don't have good knowledge about guitars. but it works fine for me.) and its a really good guitar for me as beginner and i can see that i have gotten much much better at guitar then when i picked it up the first time. Rocksmith 2014 is worth it
