Hi Rob, I know you aim these lessons at beginners, but I have been learning for a few years and find these lessons really useful. I am sure I am not the only one. There are lots of really good guitar players on youtube (and even more who are hopeless), but not many can teach anywhere near as well as you can. Thank you for everything that you do.

Heya Rob, I'm the guy who requested this riff. Thank you very much, there's been enough time for me to practice in between that I've actually learnt the original riff you played on the livestream. Now I'm going to try and master it by also adding these extra variations, that you're occasionally showing in your videos, and mixing them together, I'm having a lot of fun doing it! I personally of course support you continuing with this riff in the next video and showing some more variations but of course, see how you get on. Best of wishes from me!!

Gotta say, Rob, I am certainly glad I found your KZbin channel! You're a grand guitar teacher. Playing guitar is musical knowledge AND physical finger dexterity. You convey the importance of both. It is so easy to see how much you love music and playing guitar. I especially loved this lesson where you break down shuffle rythmn better than any explanation I've seen. Things that I thought were far above my playing ability, now seem understandable and reachable. Thank you!

I'm not only learning more with your classes, but they are also encouraging me to play more guitar. Thank you so much Mr. Rob. Greetings from Perú.

I like Rob ‘s teaching method. Because unlike a multiple of other guitar teachers on KZbin , Rob ‘shows’ you technique other teachers do to much ‘telling’.

Hello Rob Thanks for all the great lessons. I played in a few amateur rock bands way back in the 60's, but got away from it until 2020. Now that I'm retired, I have lots of time to enjoy playing. I really enjoy your videos. Cheers

No Rob...that NOT a "Riff"...That's a boogie woogie blues progression. C'mon, dude...seriously? Yeah, I'll put that shit right into the middle of my Journey song...or maybe it'll suit something feom Eric Clapton or Metallica? 😂😂😂
@fennahrob69349 ай бұрын
It’s a riff. Thousands of other riffs come from it too. It’s a boogie bass line too; which, when played on guitar is a riff. 👍🏻😎
