Thank you RiffTrax! Part of what makes it so hilarious is having to sit through a couple of his sets, because I know people who do think he is funny. Couldn't even conjure convincing fake laughter and thought to myself, "time is a precious commodity this guy is literally stealing it from me. There can never be a payoff for this." The “Ronald B Underwood” sharing director credits here went on to direct a few little projects like the movies “Tremors”, “City Slickers”, “Pluto Nash” and a bunch of TV shows. He goes by “Ron Underwood” more commonly now. Phillip Kassel his associate here, went on to produce a ton more promotional films and other commercial projects. Barr films who produced this film continued to make hundreds of educational films before closing in 1994.

Quite charming, really! Eggs are cute enough as they are, but a little bow tie is delightful. I rather like the minimalist approach of having just a few felt appurtenances on each one without any facial or other features added with magic marker. And the music...well...I can abide it for about ten minutes (fortunately, that's all the time they needed). Rather reminds me of ancient Sesame Street segments that I know and fondly recall.
