+The Dork Knight That's why you bring sacks of spices back to the middle ages and sell them. The relics alone would be worth crazy amounts, though you may need to make a stop in the 19th century to forge some archeological documents so you can legit sell them in the present. Yeah, I know, I've given this too much thought.
@dude378 жыл бұрын
Shannon Ongley Nothing wrong with giving it thought. It means you'll be prepared if the situation ever presents itself, no matter how outlandish.
@Azrael666Azazel6 жыл бұрын
The problem is the aging process. You could get the relics, but you better have some place secure to store them. If you bring them to the present they would look like a very accurate modern recreation.

Oh yeah, that is weird. I feel like that's common though, you try to tell a lesson in a very simplistic (almost fairy tale kind of) way. But as a filmmaker, you just have to cast kids who are older and out grew the material itself.

Directed by Ted Peshak and the little boy Tommy was played by his son Skip Peshak, according to imdb most of these public info shorts were directed by Ted. Many of the actors were friends or family. Still it gives us many funny episodes for MST3000 to use. 😄

my young daughter was watching and cracking up at some of the jokes...but I also reminded her that she has taken more responsibility this year in doing some of the things tommy was doing (ie keeping her own room clear). Very funny at times but very good lesson for young kids to take more responsibility in helping around the house.

***** Are you sure about this? When last heard of; Tommy was serving with the Green Berets in Cambodia under the command of Colonel Walt E Kurtz. The army records have him listed as disappearing after the fall of the Kurtz compound. Unconfirmed reports have him working as late as 1980 as a mercenary in South East Asia.

As dated and silly as this is, it does teach a good lesson to kids. Namely get off your lazy ass and help out around the house. You could do this same short today and all you'd have to change is maybe his mom working outside the home and Tommy instead sits around staring at his Ipad or texting his friends and wants to ask his parents for an Xbox One or PS4.
