I love my 18 Wheels Of Steel and American Truck Simulator but this one definitely takes the cake when it comes to nostalgia and these reasons that separate it from 18 WOS and ATS: - It gives a different kind of action story line like the producers of the game combined Fast And Furious, Convoy, Black Dog, and Cannon Ball Run into a video game, making a fresh taste of action compared to the same old style games like Grand Theft Auto or Mafia for example. - They made the player feel like an actual truck driver and businessman instead of a truck like the other games. - Despite the fact that they player can’t get to customize the paint options well and using alternate names for Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks, the detail was executed well for the time period it was made in with the interior designing and customization for the trucks, along with the engine options having different sounds vs 18 WOS and ATS in game options and mods. Bottom line: Rig N Roll was ahead of its time with a different, but unique taste and I would love to know what it would’ve been like if it had completed with the Grand Theft Auto franchise as well as the 18 WOS and ATS games. I hope they do a remaster of this game where they make some changes to the original game as well as making it have the ability to mod it
