Riga East for AC: Industrial depot rework WIP and VR test.

Working on the latest version of the map, since we hold races here, I've reorganized the area within the Industrial depot, now you cannot cut that much as before.
As well, testing out Meta Quest 2 on my PC. VR headset borrowed from my friend, but I'm 100% buying my own once I give it back.
This is a very buggy beta build of the 1.0 version of the map that I've put together to test new terrain adjustments and other stuff. Nothing public till early October/Late September.
AC is running Pure with PUREVR filter.
PC specs:
Ryzen 5950x
RTX 3080
32GB DDR4 3600MHz RAM.
Game is running off SSD.
VR headset is running through a paid version of Virtual desktop. This gives better results than FB's own integration and way better performance than SteamVR.
