Just a little update from the Rigging Room.

You will definitely be my favorite guy on KZbin if you do even more of the detailed content. There are plenty of videos that are there for reeling in fish. The details of why you pick spots and the weather conditions along with the river conditions are why you are the first person I look for when it’s fishing video watching time! The more detailed you get the better. I think a lot of KZbin guys avoid this because they feel that their “spots” will get fished by others. I think the more you show about things like river stage, weather fronts, water depth, water clarity, etc, and also bait selection and bait size depending on the area and time of year. Live or cut bait…all the little things that can make or break your day on the water…even the struggles of keeping the boat still or straight in heavy current. I fish the MS river and I’m always on the hunt for those tips. Just show it all…including the fish when you get them! Good luck….I’m looking forward to learning even more.

I’m actually more attracted to how to stuff more, because as a fisherman myself, I know sometimes the struggle is real and you don’t always catch a boat load! The first person I started watching on here was Hagen Grubbs . He explained every step from how to find the bait at different times of year , to presentations and techniques to help us novice big cat fisherman to get ahead on the learning curve . Then I caught on with Spencer for the same reason . So yes those are exactly what people will watch !

I'm 100% sure your new full time vocation will be a BIG success. Why? Well a few reasons. Firstly your passion for fishing and cats especially. It's not a job when you love what you're doing! Secondly you 'know your shit' (technical phrase lol), as catching a state record big cat is no accident. Then beating your own record is frankly unreal. Lastly you are humble and never EVER come across as a know it all. You always say 'hey this works for me', never this is what you should do. I love that. You love those fish, big and small, and understand it's a blessing to be able to fish for them. Your well being and success is all down to God, and you know it. I'm sure like many guys I am addicted to hunting and catching big cats in the worst way. Your channel is now the best channel and by far. Period. No mean feat in such a short time. The 'deep dive' into your approach is most welcome, and yes please share the good and the bad. I have been blessed to catch some good fish but many trips I return to the ramp with my tail between my legs. No worries, every single trip is a learning experience, good and bad.

And yes, most definitely like to see how you go about deciding where to fish especially on new water. No one knows it all but we can all learn from one another. Nobody catches every time & frankly with watching about 4 different channels it can get a bit boring at times watching fish after fish landed. I liked your planer board construction & I’m learning a lot using them but would like to see in depth explanation. Also how drift socks are best used etc. I’m on board with some more instructional videos.

Camera is good. I really like your informational videos. How to make draggin weights and the like. I like seeing what you are seeing on the depthfinder. Catching fish isnt all of it. Catching large cat's is always entertaining, for myself, I really enjoy seeing "how to" and information on what to look for, basically information on how to become a better fisherman, always looking for more information on sonar information, what catfish look like on different frequency's, location of catfish throughout the seasons, etc. Keep up the amazing work!

I have been watching your videos for a while now. I do like the way you explain things. Some guys just show themselves bringing in the fish and not how they caught them. It can be hard to tell what you are looking for when all you can see is the rods in the racks and someone reeling in the fish. I like to see how there poles are rigged and why they are rigged that way. You and Hagen Grubs do a good job of that. I live on Mississippi in Iowa. We don't have blues here but do have channel and flatheads. I am retired now and want to do more catfishing and target more bigger fish. I had always just usede dip baits and caught smaller ones. Want to learn to target bigger fish. Your camra looks good and sounds fine

Congratulations! You will be very successful. I would like to see what your progressions are when you are looking for catfish. Do you go strait to deep water? Do you drag first? Do you look for bait fish? When do you go shallow? These catfish are so unpredictable. When you think they should be deep they are shallow or when they should be shallow they are deep. The more I chase these dadgum fish the less I seem to know about them.

I'd love to see some videos on like a full outdoor experience fishing on the River camping on the river little Bushcraft and maybe some squirrel hunting, snare tapping all the things a good weekender outdoorsman could do. I am rooting for you and hope you have a million subscribers plus soon. In a totally saturated market on KZbin, I do choose to watch your channel over many others. I pray that you kill it and make good money doing this. Camera looks good. even my camera on iPhone on 14max works great for these type indoor vids.
