Right angle: Rexroth profile and connection screw, no end cap

When assembling structures made from Rexroth structural aluminum framing (MGE), the Central Bolt (AKA Connection Screw) is absolutely the simplest connection for fixed-point right angles! This video uses 45-series Rexroth profile, but will work with any Rexroth profile that has a 10mm T-slot.
9.8mm clearance hole should be drilled 22.5mm from the cut edge of the profile, centered in the T-slot.
This demonstration assumes no end cap will be added to the assembly, and uses the following items:

Connection Screw, S12x30 (self-tapping): shop.flexmatio... - This style of screw can be used with an impact wrench in cases where a tapping bit is not available. Assembly instructions are the same, but pre-tapping of the profile is not necessary.
