Under ground arsenals guns do extend and retract. The hinges on the doors are much more secure and roof is easier to remove and put back on. Also the chair is permanently mounted on the passenger rear door

Oh, I didn’t know it was permanently mounted. That’s interesting. I like that it folds up, but maybe being removable is better. Otherwise, UA has a much better build

For the cost, I'm pretty happy to have passed on the turtle van and the sewer lair. And I have almost the complete line, I'm just not impressed with NECA's execution for the price. That's a $200 van and a $150 sewer lair, and it cost nearly $650 to get both in the door including tax and shipping when it should have cost closer to $400. I'd rather fill up my Christmas tree with cool stuff for my kids and have enough left over to start a college fund- and I did! The Underground Arsenal + Ramen MUSK is a much better value and should be dramatically less fragile. If I do end up snagging those, I'll do the line work myself, and I am happy to since NECA couldn't be bothered to do it properly on either of these offerings- which is another reason why I passed on their version.

I do like how the tech wall and battle wall is optional, but I've always preferred the Turtle Van without the tech wall and battle wall since that's how it was seen in most episodes of the 1987 TV series.

I watched _soooo_ many reviews on this before getting mine, and was confident in the belief that I'll appreciate mine more than all these other ppl do. Well boy was I wrong. It was much worse than expected. With those "real rubber" tires being hollow, newborn baby hair being used for door hinges, the windows feel like packaging material, there's gouges and scrapes galore, along with half of the front bumper being touched up with some green paint by a big paint brush. Hey hey, at least it's that _officially licensed 😁_ Turtle van....not some big quality super robust van made by the Arsenal of thy Underground.

I mean overall form/ Shape Design wise, it's accurate to the 87 cartoon. The Super 7 version based on the Nickelodeon cartoon is a little more rounded and based on a VW Van, so it could be used as an alternative if you want to take some artistic liberties.

Great review. I like it but it comes in #3 in the collector vans of the last 2 years. It’s a little too compact for me. I think 2 inches longer and 2 inches wider would make all of the difference to me. However I think it’s cool

Cool review loved the turtles holding up the pieces while u talked about it. As always awesome poses of the TMNT in the van. Best poses in the Game! Those windows are a great idea! Looks like a trash truck IMHO 😂 The van and the sewer den are way too big, yet the van doesn't seem to fit the figs? And the hinge issue means that breakage will happen later on down the line. As I've said on other reviews, it looks nice, but execution is where it falls. The hinges are weak, one of my wheels is wobbly, and the guns should be able to angle lower down. If more parts were metal (hinges, axels, parts of the wheels), if the wheels were rubber, and if it were just a tad bit larger... it would have been great. For how the van is, I feel like it should have cost in the range of $100 - 150. It definitely doesn't have the quality of something costing $250. Overall, honestly it it's as great as it should and could have been. It feels cheap, and I'm disappointed. It looks ok, but the moving parts of it are kinda garbage, like the junkyards that the TMNT often met up in to fight Shredder. But you did an amazing job on the review. And I especially loved the cutaway views of items on turntables, with the Turtles holding them up! Bravo on that sir!
