Goid evening Atty Duka. Ask lang po paano if nangibangbansa na po lahat ng officers. President na lang naiwan sa Pinas. Nagpadala naman po ako ng invitation sa mga officers para sa cancellation ng org. Di sila sumagot. Nanirahan na po sa ibang bansa. Non responsive na rin members in fear of retaliation by the employers not to hire them onboard the ships. Di na nakapag comply sa requirements ng SEC and non submission of its annual reports for the past 5 years. Automatic na po ba na dissolve na ang org?

Hi Atty Dean Duka! What if a local chapter disaffiliates to a union, at nawalan na ng legal personality amg local chapter, wala na rin po bang bisa ang mga positions ng elected officers? Does this mean buwag na rin po ang mga posisyon?

Hi Atty. This is not related to the video po pero lagi ko po kasing pinapanood ang videos ninyo so I think, best po na sa inyo ako mag-ask. What if po in a case, pinatawan ang isang accussed ng death penalty (90s case), and it became final and executory na po pero before his execution through lethal injection, it was known that the trial court erred in appreciating the evidence, mali pala ang evidence. Also, yung state witness was just bribed. So, as a counsel of the accussed, what step should one do in favor of the accussed? If mag-appeal po sa Supreme Court, paano po yun and what appeal po ang dapat gawin? Salamat Atty. God bless you.

mahirap baliktarin ang final and executory ruling. pero kung may matibay na ebidensya pwede naman ang lawyer ng akusado mag file ng urgent motion to stay the execution at file sya ng petition for review. thanks for watching and pls share the channel to others
