RIGHT TURN ON THE ROAD | ROAD NAVIGATION WITH MR. T.

--Driving to Save Lives," our mission, means that it's your commission as a driver and a road navigator to not only protect those inside your vehicle, but to protect those who are outside your vehicle . . . from themselves and their possibly careless actions.
-- Protecting people from themselves while driving means that you are constantly on the watch for pedestrians who are distractedly looking at their watch while stepping into the road, bicyclists and motorcyclists who are neglecting good roadway skills, and other vehicles that are driving poorly.
-- To turn Left out of your parking space, use two reference points:
(1) the window frame between the driver and his back seat, and
(2) the very end point of the lines next to you in the parking lot
-- When these two reference points are aligned, you can turn your steering wheel completely Left, and the car will exit the parking spot without getting too close to the other parked cars on your side and on the other side of the lot.
-- Most accidents happen in a five-mile radius from your home! As we get closer to home, especially after a long drive, we tend to let our guard down and might become careless. Stay on guard at all times behind the wheel.
-- Become aware of the discoloration in the middle of your lane, created by the oil and gas leaks of thousands of cars driving on that lane. This line of discoloration will help you to keep steady in the middle of the lane if you position the middle of your dashboard right over the line of discoloration.

Hey that's great that it was useful and informative to you, and look, we are all still learning every day because every single trip out onto the roadway is going to be a completely different trip from the one before, even if the path we're traveling on is the same. There will never be two trips the same because the vehicles on the road on any given day will be completely different from the vehicles on the road the day before. So good for you that you're open to learning more and becoming more educated about such an important subject as correct, safe, road navigation.
