I’ve always wondered why landlords stand for squatters costing them 100 bags and 2 yrs in court… pay some people 5 bags to be bigger badder squatters then a week later see the error of their ways and kindly give the poor landlord his land back… no crime just as sad case of poor squatters meeting bigger stronger ‘squatters’ problem solved!
@madyottoyotto30552 жыл бұрын
It's now illegal But the best way to get rid of squatters I ever seen was a local lad charged a bag of sand to get rid of them Now I should explain this was opposite the police HQ This lad turned up I vaguely knew from yesteryear So I popped my head over the fence to see who was snooping around and there he was Bloody hell you alright china time no see Ssssshhh He says What number are you I will come for a brew once I'm done I continued to observe as he threw things through every opening there was Within 5 mins the whole house was full of smoke with squatters running everywhere I'm thinking fucked he set it on fire and now he's on his way here for a cuppa Local tradesmen turned up to board it up Turns out they where smoke bombs for testing chimneys that he had wrapped in foil the shape of a small bowl to not start a fire Fucking legend

Took us 3 years to get someone out of our house, they didn't pay for 3 years... 3 years of court bullshit .. And at the end of it all ? We were instructed to allow them to stay another 30 days because they had no money !!!!

Has he had any dealing with the premier division like the A's or the long fella? What happened at the train robbers funeral when Vic Dark supposedly stuck it on him ?? @@Fun-hz8ep I read that story about a certain court case where the prosecution suggested he was a police informer with 'that' name. However, Courtney claimed it was an arrangement to protect a bent copper who he associated with. It's pretty inconclusive but if he is a "known informer", why hasn't he been ironed out by the underworld? Probably because he hadn't actually grassed on anyone because these things don't go unpunished. You think what you want though pal but it's an absolute liberty to label someone a grass on hearsay, only say it if you KNOW it's true!
