righteousness is pride believing you are better than others we are all Gods children

We are not righteous by our own works or effort, we are given His righteousness by the working power of the cross and the blood of Jesus. This is the transaction of reconciliation to God. Jesus took on our sin, and gave us His righteousness. Self-Righteousness is pride, but God’s righteousness is holy and given to those who believe in Him. God bless.

Matthew 6:33 ESV says “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Seek Him, love Him, love His Word and His commands. Conform yourself to His Word. And trust Him in all of that process, because if you do all of that with an earnest heart, God will grant you faith and repentance. God bless.
