Everyone keeps saying that Riley reminds them of Nastia, but honestly I get a Hollie Vise kinda vibe. Either way, much improved DLO and a beautiful gymnast nevertheless. Excited to see her on day 2

PatZ I think Laurie said she's going to maybe try for 2020. She said she'd compete in 2019, which is leaving it really late (imo). I don't know why she's bothering if I'm being honest. NCAA would've been perfect for her but she's definitely had sponsorships. Her gymnastics career is over, which is really sad.

mariam Aly Raisman first competed in 2015 for her comeback... 1 year before the Olympics just like 2019 is

@@mariam__x As did Gabby Douglas and they went on to take 2nd place in th AA and FX respectively at the WC that year as well as being one of the only 3 gymnasts to score 60.00 or above in their AA scores at the Rio Olympics (Douglas scored this in quals but was lower than Raisman by a few tenths). So there could be hope for Hernandez yet. Either way I'd actually like to see how she fares at either a World Cup or World Championship in more than just a team or EF
