Quality episode. Love what you guys and how you bring across in your unique way. Gio with valuable insights as always and Riley is an impressive young man. Looking forward to see how he develops over the next while. Just one comment on the coach of the year. I feel 7s can be more individualistic in the sense that individual players can have more of an impact than in the 15s game. Therefore, coaches could maybe rely more on individuals to turn the game for in your favour. Whereas 15s needs a larger team effort and therefore would need more "coaching" regarding management and tactics, etc. No matter how the world feels about Rassie and South Africa, you cannot deny what he has managed as the head coach of the Boks.

I feel you can see the growth of the players that was in the team. 1 test won't be enough to make you great but definitely enough to give them a taste and make them more hungry.

My fav PSDT moment was when he jumped over everyone to score a try I think that was the moment that won him the player of the year.

Sevens should have had their own category for coach of the year.

Love Gio with all my heart. We have to consider analysis paralysis, that overlooks the simplicity of what we are doing well as the Boks. Always easy to highlight the negatives but we have to give the coaching management & players under Rassie their flowers. To view the game from negative points is not constructive, agree fully about World Rugby being clowns of incontinences...

The next coach is already part of the system Juan relax. Tony Brown. Bok rugby will never take a dip. Our school, university and club systems are in place.Rassie and Kolbe gave school boys hope.
