I remember meeting this poor guy up drunk asking people for help. he came up to me and I don't usually help anyone since crime has risen in LA. I felt bad for him and decided to help. I told his dad about the condition he was in and I waited until his dad came to pick him up in the location we were in.

It's my impression that Riley was tricked into drinking or eating something that was laced w/ a "party drug". Perhaps a fraternity brother slipped it into one of Riley's drinks as a prank, never imagining the joke would go so horribly wrong. I feel that Riley was very confused & could not comprehend why he was so disoriented and messed up. Riley had alcohol in his system, but I feel strongly he was Slipped-a-Mickey. Have Riley's fraternity brothers been interrogated? A TRUE friend would have walked back to the hotel w/ Riley to help keep him safe while impaired. A TRUE friend would have made sure Riley was safely tucked into bed so he could sleep it off. Riley was not just drunk. He was drugged by one of his so-called friends.

We don't know for sure that Riley was drugged by one of his friends, but it seems likely/possible that someone slipped something illegal into his drink. Nor do we know if his so-called friends have been questioned or not. Very little information has been released by the Police. True friends would engage in less risky activities than going to bars, period! Albeit many people enjoy a 'night on the town', it is usually risky behavour with the potential to end badly. Young people are often naive. Riley's parents are likely beyond distraught, this is any parents worse nightmare.

If he was robbed, it would be for cash. Phones and cards can be traced. They haven’t been used since he disappeared. May have been approached, robbed and shoved down the embankment to prevent him from walking back to the cop to report the incident and possibly identify the suspect. A cop was close by but he was preoccupied with the smashed car window, and it would only take a few seconds to rob and then shove him in the dark. The card could have been lost at any time or during the struggle?

He would've had to take his shirt off (card in pocket) and "tried" to climb down to river, but fell down and in... let's go of shirt, card flies out of the pocket, homeless man finds/wears shirt. When homeless man (Ross? hears later, like next day or so, about Riley missing, and last place seen, etc; makes up story of WHERE he found it, because he doesn't want to be implicated in something nefarious. Many homeless may have criminal past histories, or some mental illness, OR just want to remain anonymous because they don't want any trouble with the "Laws"...get put on LE's RADAR. Perhaps why "Ross" has ghosted himself past few days? Set up camp somewhere else? Possibly (PROBABLY) dumped that shirt by now? Last night on this Channel, Ashley said the location where Ross found the shirt makes no sense, because it's nowhere around any of the places that Riley was seen or known to have gone that night. Even if this homeless man (going by the name "Ross") did nothing bad, I think he's made himself scarce because he doesn't want to be on the National NEWS and SOCIAL MEDIA.... for whatever reasons; and we all know that could easily happen!

Unfortunately, Riley’s body has been located, recovered and sent to medical examiners. I find that information sad, but not surprising tbh, as it seems reasonable in his inebriated state, he accidentally stumbled or tripped or fell into the water. He WAS found wearing the exact shirt that he was wearing that night. The same shirt that Ashley has been reporting was hanging over a railing, had vomit aspirated on it and was being wore by a ‘named’ homeless man - information I believed was vetted and confirmed - and I totally believed Ashley when she reported this information, that is now shown, to be little more than ‘lies’ and Ashley stating that this obvious ‘false lead’ was reported to police and it wasn’t acted on immediately, painting those officers in bad light seems shameful in retrospect. I believe Ashley’s light should shine on her questionable contacts for truthful information and herself for broadcasting not vetted information as fact. My question now is, how much air time will Ashley give, retracting any lies she helped spread.....
