This is an epic troll by the way. First off who ever mentioned volume 21 is trolling you as in Japan only volume 20 has been released in Light novel form. Volume 21 hasn't been released yet. And volume 21 of the web novel is not the same as the web novel diverged greatly from the light novel since volume 12. I haven't seen any proof of this being in the web novel either. So whereever this came from is either from the author's personal blog site where he sometimes writes april fools joke short stories, or it's a random fan fiction.
