He establishing a true corridor bond with her where, like Veldora, she became one of his ultimate skills. Rimuru is able to summon Velgrynd as long as she allows it. Because of Rimuru and Masayuki's friendship and Masayuki being the reincarnation of Rudra, the person Velgrynd loves, Tempest ended with another allied true dragon.
