Raphael just gives Rimuru too much of an advantage. If Makoto had something like Raphael in his head helping him learn how to use his abilities, he would be unstoppable. He's just a 16yo kid trying to figure these things out on his own. Keep in mind that lake was created using the equivalent of a level 1 spell with a couple explosives, that being devices he used to store the excess mana he radiated. Now he has much more control of his powers, knows a lot more about magic, and while they haven't explored it yet, the ability the Goddess just unlocked for him, being that he now can understand all languages, means that he can control all magic. Remember, even before he gained the new divine skill (why his brain broke after the goddess unlocked it), he had figured out ways to shorten magic spells by altering and condensing the words used. He could even create new spells that he himself couldn't cast (wind and healing), but were highly effective for people with those talents. So now he has his immense mana pool and can create spells just by speaking the ancient words. Could he wipe out Rimuru completely? No, but that's because he has parallel existence. As long as Veldora exists someplace using a body cloned from Rimuru, then part of Rimuru exists and can recover. Rimuru just hasn't figured that out yet, the same way Makoto doesn't know about his new powers yet.

Yo nothing makoto has can even touch rimiru because of ultimate skill Uriel l: lord of protection...I consider makoto as one of the strongest isekai characters but the difference between him and rimiru in power and abilities or hax is too much...for the upper tiers in tensura u cannot overcome them will power or force...you have to use that force with skills for it to even scratch them...for instance velgrynd a true dragon which her presence alone were destroying universes made an attack that was so powerful it could destroy space time itself and dimensions against rimiru and that attack couldn't even touch rimiru because of Uriel...if u put makoto and rimiru on a stage and tell them to fight them rimiru will use belzebub and kill makoto no matter the amount of mana he has if he is not smart then he'll die easy and touching rimiru is impossible....this slime was able to body 2 true dragons (veldora and velgrynd) when he was still a demon lord...oh and makoto cannot beat or kill veldora, veldora at this point is a thousand times stronger than rimiru and can control probability,none of makoto attacks will give him his expected result and veldora will kill him very easily

One thing about Rimuru, he's got a lot of power even at this point in the story but arguably that's not where he's really dangerous, it's his ability to think and calculate. His army wiping laser spell wasn't actually that powerful magically, probably just a little more than a party trick for an in-universe competent magic user in terms of magical power used, it's only effective at all because of his Great Sage later Raphael ability that can perfectly control it and turn it from some floating water into a high powered laser array.

I agree with everything you talked about in this video but I just wanted to add a couple things about Makoto. Makoto has an insane amount of defense and he relies on his defense most of the time. This also makes it so that Makoto is slow. Yes he has his red cloak but he has stated that he wasn’t a seasoned warrior so even though Makoto is extremely powerful, he doesn’t have the battle knowledge that Rimuru has. But to be fair, Makoto’s maximum mana pool continuously increases over time so maybe eventually he could catch up to Rimuru but that’s a hard maybe. I feel like if Makoto was transported to Rimuru’s world as he is now, he would probably gain skills at a similar rate to Rimuru. Obviously this is a hypothetical but imagine if Makoto turned into a true demon lord, now that would give him a better chance against Rimuru. But they would probably sit down for business and Rimuru could give him some business advice though I feel like Rimuru would be weary of not only Makoto’s power but also Makoto’s personality. Makoto is a little more cynical and has no qualms of killing in order to get his way or out of spite but over time, Rimuru and Makoto would probably be good friends out of some form of understanding. Also a quick question. Makoto is a Hyuman not a human, so could that mean Makoto can be recognized as a monster and grow stronger if he was renamed?

Now when it comes to who would survive encounter with rimuru by any means: Rudeus - No problem, just a bit of talking. Ainz - Once rimuru sees through his tough act, same as rudeus i think. (Ainz's subordinates would probably make negotiations harder) Shadow - Depends if he tries to manipulate or just speaks like person to person (in short either bad or neutral outcome for cid due to differences in personalities). Makoto - same as Rudeus. TL;DR Ainz, Rudeus, Makoto - Friendly outcome Shadow - Anything between hostile and neutral.

The fact that Rimuru is a spiritual lifeform and cannot permanently die unless his soul is destroyed is so underrated, imo. Many anime don’t even focus on soul destruction, meaning even if someone manages to bypass all of Rimuru‘s insane defenses, regenerative abilities and immunities, they would probably still not be able to properly kill him. On the other hand, Rimuru‘s just casually producing swords on the basis of Hinata‘s dead end rainbow which deal direct soul damage to his opponents.

Anos on the otherhand isn't bound by such limitations, he can both move through stopped time as well as stop it himself via Rivide. Even if you put the same the same opponents Rimuru would face such as Guy or anyone else in the verse at the time they would simply be erased by Egil Grone Angdroa or Venuzdonoa. Like I understand where you're coming from and I won't pretend like Anos is some all powerful Gigachad who can beat anyone in anime ever, and I would say LN Rimuru is probably about equal to LN Anos at this point. Also, if you're going to compare Cid's ability to go nuclear to Rimuru, keep in mind that Cid's ability allows him to cast spells on a city-wide, or possibly even kingdom-wide scale. Cid used his ability to turn all the ghouls in a city back into normal humans, and even healed everybody in a city instead of killing them all (I don't remember if that has happened in the anime, or was something I read in the manga). While Rimuru could possibly heal everybody that was injured in his town or army if it was attacked, he can't do it instantly on a huge scale, all at once like Cid. He would have to gather them all together within his immediate vicinity, then cast some sort of healing effect, or maybe somehow expand his slime form to cover them all and heal them with the effects of a greater heal potion or something. Cid's greatest power seems to be that he can make up a story about something happening that seems like complete fantasy, on the fly, and have it turn out to be accurate and true, as if the Gods of his world are setting the stage for his performance.

There IS an Isekaid character who can beat (this current) Rimuru though. Takatou Yogiri, codename Alpha-Omega. He is literally the end of all things in human form. Like he says 'Die' when he wants to 'kill' sth, but he's not actually killing anything, just taking it to it's absolute end. And yes, this works on magical spells and mana as well, so it should work on Rimuru's skills as well. He can literally even 'kill' Raphael, since he has the ability of tracking intent. He does get pretty exhausted doing this though. Currently, with only 2 gates open to him, he can use his End ability roughly 100 times before he literally collapses into some sleep state. So It boils down to, can Rimuru survive 100 End uses? And that has to be without having the intent to kill, because as soon as he does it's GGs to Rimuru's soul directly. Should be interesting 😊

Where you get 100 end uses from? Did you read the novel ? Yogiri didn't have limitations like that from vol 1-14. I don't know much about instant death sequel though. Yogiri didn't have to use 100 times to kill rimuru if his targeted all of rimuru, example of that when yogiri kill the sorcerer and his billions of part in other species. When yogiri "kill" it's automatically kill it all the target has and if the target has multiple part and separate from the target, yogiri just change target to all related part from target even though yogiri didn't know where's it, how much part and when it is. Unless yogiri got outhax or his target is higher dimensional being than his true form, then yogiri will lose but rimuru is not that (based on WN from what I know, I don't read ln tensura) imo.

ainz's goal of all life is death and time magic has a much higher chance of killing Rimuru than you think. first - even though hinata's attack was faster than light it was not as fast time stop(I know physics says that faster than light theoretically means you go back in time but in tensura's anime that is not the case). later on in the light novel Rimuru takes a while to learn to adapt to a time stop ability of demon lord guy and can only see what is going on during time stop not able to move or react initially. if the ability the goal of all life is death is able to kill souls than it would kill Rimuru fully. but by the skills description it should be able to kill Rimuru but not permanently as people are able to survive the skill with a resurrection item. so i think if Rimuru and ainz were to fight going all out the instant they saw each other while not knowing each other's abilities ainz would be able to kill Rimuru but Rimuru would be able to revive later due to the soul corridor with valdora. overall I think Rimuru would lose the first fight they had at current anime levels however that doesn't mean he won't come back and win a second match.

you underestimate Absolute Defense and Rimurus own resistentes.... Absolut Defense can only be bypassed or broken if you either use particles smaller than magicules to go through the gaps of Rimuru barriers that is made out of magicules which are smaller than atoms, even than you have to hope that those at least exist outside of time so Raphael needs a second to predict them before absolute defense can even block that. Some Small Corrections: Ainz and company are not in Yggdrasil. While he was in-game, he, his servants, and his entire guild base, were transported to another world. The reason the common sense and power system of that world is similar to Yggdrasil is because Ainz and co are not the first players/NPC's to be transported to that world from Yggdrasil, and someone in the past used a world level item (world items can ignore/bend/break/control the common sense of the world ) and used it to add the power system of Yggdrasil to the new world. Also also, Ainz had to use an expendable item to cast that spell against the army at the end of S3. Thats either not a spell he can just "do", or if it is, it likely requires an xp cost to use, so he cant spam it infinitely since Yggdrasil is basically running on heavily modified 3.5 D&D logic. So its good to keep that in mind. Not that the spell would be able to kill Rimuru. Just saying that using that as a feat for him is...dubious. It would be like calling how amazing it is that Rimuru could name so many monsters pre-demon lord and be fine...even though Veldora supplied the magicules to do it. Its a bit of a fake feat He's also not particularly good at physical combat, its just that he';s level 100 and, with a few exceptions, most "high level" beings in the new world are like 30-50. He just has much higher stats and has basically no real ability when it comes to physical bouts. Its the equivalent of a 5 year old kung fu master (how he did it at 5, who knows, just roll with it) vs a 30 year old grown ass man who's a couch potato. The kid is is objectively more skilled at fighting...but the sheer difference in strength, durability, and toughness makes it not matter. Ainz is that 30 year old couch potato and most of the "high end" physical fighters in the enw world just do not have the raw stats to deal with him, even not taking into account that people below a certain level and weapons below a certain grade cant hurt him by that worlds logic (thats why he cut himself with Gazefs sword in S3 and said that it could be called a legitimate duel, cuz he discovered the sword was of high enough rank to cause him harm, thus IN THEORY, Gazef could technically kill him)

Cid does not have the brain speed of Raphael, and he loses because he is not able to harm Rimuru's soul. Raphael's auto-battle mode is far superior to Cid's skill with a blade. As stated in the video, he survived disintegration, which is far superior to 'I Am Atomic' when it comes to killing a singular person. Disintegration is an attack that causes spiritron decay within the target. Anything within the area of effect gets erased at the speed of light, and not even souls can avoid annihilation. If we want to talk about Overlord Scaling, Ainz has a literal Wish Spell, or Silent Cast Time Stop + TGOALID + Death where he can sit inside time stop, wait for his countdown to be nearly complete down to a fraction of a moment, and then immediatly as timestop ends have the Death spell cast. Why didnt he use this against Shalltear? Well Ainz himself states that someone playing at high tier gameplay in Yggdrasil should always have some sort of ability to undo time-based abilities, and on top of that she had a self-resurrection on death ability, and he would have had to fight her with all her abilities still up while not having the same edge he did with his plan he had originally come up with. However, against people who do not have self-resurrection on death magic, I think its safe to say he could pull that out. On top of that he himself has (as stated in the light novel) a resurrection ring, that resurrects him upon death the same as shaltear. Universal Barriers dont work, World Isolation Wall was able to be broken by someone wielding a world item which he has, he has also moves like black hole, reality slash, gravity maelstrum, or other high power spells. I feel like you excluded a LOTTTTTT of Ainz's counters to Rimuru from your analysis, because multiple things he has can infact negate certain things, though I do give it to you that there's a good chance they could do some sort of anti-magic barrier to protect themself from Time Stop, the moment the Wish spell comes out however I doubt they can do much outside of creating their own wish spell. Ainz is fucking BROKEN if you actually look at his most powerful shenanigans he can pull if he needs to, however I do say Rimuru still probably would win with his own hax and bullshit.

The only one I disagree with is the Ainz one, he has way better gear then Rimuru and defensive magic that is on par with him. Ainz also has Anti scrying magic that would stop Rimuru from seeing Ainz actions with magic, so his ultimate death magic would have actually kill Rimuru and Rimuru adaptation isn’t instant so he wouldn’t just counter death magic but it is extremely fast. I am pretty sure Rimuru might get a counter to time later on but that isn’t in the anime

And "Anime Rimuru's information analysis" can work on "ultimate skill users" which already resist information analysis, so that isn't gonna work, and death magic already exists in tensura also known as "curse magic or dark magic" which Anime rimuru is immune to, anything that kills rimuru, Raphael would instantly develop a resistance to and Raphael is also capable of reviving rimuru, rimuru can also become stronger the longer he fights because of the reactive evolution of magic users in tensura, and Rimuru also has his Universal Barriar(which is a combination of his multi layered barriars and the severing of space inside and outside the barriars), rimuru also has all of his resistances imbued in these barriars, rimuru then has his Absolute Barriar with Uriel that passively power nulls anything thrown at rimuru, rimuru then has his multi dimensional barriars with Infinite imprisonment on top of the previous Barriars(It makes use of Dimensional gaps around it distorted, it's something like infinity from JJK but on steroids) and separates rimuru's body from the rest of reality and will block anything thrown at rimuru,

@@MrMoments2rejoice I am pretty sure you’re adding some light novel abilities but I haven’t caught up yet to the second half of this season, so I am going to trust you on this because they could be speed running this arc. Anyway, The problem is that you’re still low balling Ainz, Rimuru is in the weird situation were he isn’t anywhere near his full power yet in the anime and while Rimuru is broken he still less broken then Ainz currently. Ainz has just as many immunities as Rimuru or more which includes a immunity to information analysis type skills/ divination which includes future sight and that not a resistance. He also has a skill that can straight bypass all of Rimuru death immunities or resistances, so Rimuru will straight die of he get hit by that and Ainz has the ability to stop resurrections. Now when it comes to straight magic Ainz currently has Rimuru beat because most of his Hight tier magic can bypass immunities and while Rimuru can still make skills he is not mass makings over a hundreds skills in a single fight, this isn’t even counting all the items Ainz have which just increases Ainz options like his wish granting item that also bypasses immunities. Rimuru will win in multiple fights but Ainz has the advantage the first fight, like I said before I haven’t caught up to the second half of the season so maybe they speed ran to one of the more broken abilities in the light novel but most of the early ones aren’t the crazy ones.

@@nick25oo No, the abilities I've listed in the first part is something that every ultimate skill user including anime rimuru, and I'm sorry but "bypassing all immunities and resistances" is just an assumption, cause if we actually look at ainz's level of "death manipulation" then he only has one layer of death manipulation, while anime rimuru has 2 layers of death manipulation resistance, anime rimuru only needs just one hit to kill him because of his layers of hax, Anime Rimuru has all 9 types of immortality as he is a spiritual lifeform, he also has High-godly Regeneration and high-godly resurrection, so even if you argue that he somehow "dies" well he can just resurrect, and it is said that when he comes back via resurrection, he becomes insanely stronger, he also has abstract existence type 1, which no in overlord can interact with, and Anime Rimuru has immunity to magic imbued in his barriars, so that's useless, and none of his magic is powerful enough to go through rimuru's multi dimensional barriars or his absolute barriar's passive power nullification, and has anti magic himself to just make ainz magic useless, anime rimuru's "information analysis" is good enough to work on unique skill users even tho they have a resistance to information analysis, it can work on "ultimate skill users" which have layers of resistances to "information analysis" so ainz's resistance aren't gonna help him here, and to "stop" rimuru's "resurrection"one has to be able to interact with "Raphael" or anime rimuru's "soul corridor" both of which are made of information type 2 and concept type 1, so you need concept destruction type 1 and information destruction type 2 to stop his "resurrection", but that doesn't matter here as ainz can't even interact with rimuru in the first place.

@@MrMoments2rejoice There are three main problems with this entire argument, I am also trying not to mix light novel Rimuru with the anime version which is sorta hard to do when I haven’t watch the last six episodes. Before anything else we’re are you getting the two layers of death manipulation resistances from in the current anime and Ainz also stack resistances so Rimuru isn’t really one hitting Ainz 1. OverLord and Slime isekai use completely different magic systems and scaling because some of the high tier Overlord magic/ skills are “stated multiple times” to just bypass all immunities including magic ones which isn't an assumption. People only think abilities are assumption when it comes to versus battle or when the wording is vague which it not in this case. 2. Slime isekai tries to stacks multiple layers of skills on top of each other for resistances and Overlord sorta does the same but mostly just negates everything with its immunities or below a certain level requirements which make it hard to translate how defensive something really is in both universes. 3. Rimuru is in his growth phase of leveling and Ainz is a nearly max out character that already collected all the most broken artifacts that he can find, So in basic every category outside of pure growth/ adaptation Ainz equals or curve stomps demon lord rimuru in the current story. Ainz literally carries around items that can change the rules of the world, resurrect himself multiple times, can allow him to cast multiple high tiers spells at the same time including death magic and wish things into existence. This is not even including any summons like the soul stealer that uses its aura to pull your soul out and then eats your soul which Rimuru doesn't have any resistance to at the current moment. It is Rimuru's next transformation that is immune to time-stop plus other things but Ainz do has the ability to layer time-stops and that is when the argument starts really leaning into Rimuru favor but before that the advantage goes in Ainz direction because he has direct win con against demon lord Rimuru. Also Ainz highest tier death magic is arguable conceptual and can kill pure magic beings or Non-living things like air which don’t have the concept of death which you can argue kills Ralphael, Ainz can also straight negate resurrection. The soul corridor doesn't really matter because this is a versus situation, that ability is a completely different conversation.

Irrelevant when you can't even interact with your opponent, S2 Anime Rimuru is a Spiritual life form, who have all 9 types of immortality, are above death itself, Anime Rimuru is unaffected by diablo's unique skill, that's where he gets death manipulation resistance, Again "ainz being able to negate resurrection" isn't gonna help him here as he can't even do anything about Raphael or rimuru's soul corridor, the "skills" exist in one's soul in tensura l, which requires both information destruction type 2 and concept destruction type 1, while Spiritual life form's have an deeper non-existent part than even the soul called the "core" which defines their existence and also their skills, and Lmao, ainz doesn't even have "resurrection negation" on the level of Anime Rimuru's "high-godly resurrection", and "ainz can stack resistances so rimuru isn't gonna one shot him" well all resistances become meaningless in the face of 5 layers of conceptual manipulation type 1 + 6 layers of law manipulation + 6 layers of subjective reality + 6 layers of passive resistance negation, Rimuru has every single one if his barriars protecting him, so ainz being able to "kill" him or even hit him is just gonna be a fantasy unless those barriars are down, rimuru has Beelzebub to just consume his existence, he also has 6 layers of power nullification, so you can forget ainz even being able to cast magic, he also has anti magic, and "changing the rules of the world" is pathetic in the face of even baseline magic in tensura, and no "magic" spell is getting through rimuru's multi dimensional barriars + his absolute barriar's passive power nullification + his universal barriar Imbued with all of his resistances and magic immunity. But at the end of the day, all of this is irrelevant as ainz wouldn't even be able to interact with Anime rimuru's body cause of abstract existence type 1

The one caviat I’d say for the fight against Ainz is how the tenth tier spell we see in the anime works. All of that magic is consumed as a ritual of sorts, it doesn’t actually do anything to the targets. What kills the targets is the literal act of a god. But I still don’t think he’d be able to activate it in time
