ULTIMATE SKILL are above low of the world including time that's why every US user get space time manipulation by default and also there are 2 types of time stop in tensura 1. 4D but layered ( diablo used it in OAD or OVA ) 2. Suspended World = Erase the law of physics like inertia + prevent physical lifeform and high spiritual lifeform from moving even space time manipulation don't work ( even diablo, velgrand, luminus couldn't move inside it) And also Suspended World erase the concept of magic, defense, immortality, durability for them who can't move inside it ( simple words negate those all ) The only way to inside it is u need to become a digital lifeform ( completely transcendent space-time ) or manipulate information particals

Is there a source showing that every Ultimate Skill user gets 'time manipulation'? The wiki implies that 'temporal manipulation' aka time manipulation, at this point at least, is limited to Chloe and Velzard. All applications that I see for any spacetime manipulation (for US users) itself always seems to be related to movement, and not combat. Rimuru does gain 'Time Stop' which, at least according to the wiki, covers Suspended (Stopped) World, but we are not to that point in the story yet. For Ainz, it could be stated that 'Time Stop' should be closer to the D&D version, which I might agree that Raphael could potentially counter. The problem is that is NOT what is depicted in the anime. Time Stop comes off as a more absolute stopping of time. In Player Vs Player, we see the screen color change to black and white, all particle effects stop (dark young), as well as everything else (clouds etc). Also, Ainz's spell does not do anything until he cancels the time stop spell. So I would wager, in this context, Ainz's 'Time Stop' is actually the same as 'Time Stop' in Tensura (aka Stopped World). One other thing that I think would help Ainz win, is the fact that Rimuru is mainly a PvE player with a bit of experience in PvP. Ainz is almost entirely a PvP player, and all though not one of the best PvP builds, did have a tendency to win. Experience would factor in on how the fight would play out, and Ainz would have a clear advantage. To put this another way, Rimuru is a character that just reached level 100, Ainz is a battle hardened player that has been at level 100 for years. Raphael would be struggling to constantly come up with counters in the nick of time, while Ainz would be using skills and spells he absolutely knew how to use at their maximum. Another interesting thing that you brought up, is about digital lifeforms, and their ability to manipulate information particles. Strangely, that is exactly what Ainz was, at least before coming to the new world. A huge chunk of the game play loop for the DMMO-RPG YGGDRASIL is manipulating data when creating things like armor or NPCs. We don't really have confirmation either way, that I am aware of, if Ainz can technically use those abilities now. I would have to assume not, but it would be an interesting discussion. Also it is interesting since Ainz technically starts with this ability (and probably loses it) and Rimuru eventually gains it. I don't think it is needed for this discussion, but I do find that an interesting parallel.

They have " layers " in there ability that why if the opponent has counter attack but don't have any layers or feats of bypassing more then 3 layers then it's useless 2. My mention of levels was not intended to say that Rimuru was the same numerical level as Ainz, more to try to say that if they were the same level, experience would factor in. The main point was that if someone just got to a certain power level, and was compared to someone who has been at that power level for a decade, any battle they had would be extremely one sided. It is one thing to know you have a spell called fireball and how it works, and it is another to be the author of "fireball: 101 quirky uses". I am not sure about layers, as far as I know I have not seen anything about that specifically. If you have a more specific reference I would love to see it. Based on context I assume it is related to things like the body and soul, and they layer they exist on. Not sure that Shion's ultimate (Susanoo?) factors in, the focus of the video is current anime Ainz vs current anime Rimuru. Which according to the wiki, which could be wrong, is not until LN 21, we are LN 9 in the Anime (not to say something didn't get retconned and I missed it). Also the entire discussion about time / space / creation (from the tensura story) does not really seem to come in to play until much later, so that makes the discussion a lot harder. Unless you are talking about something else, which you might be. I do think that it being two different universes does make the conversation a lot harder. They do have a deep root in D&D rules, but things change to meet the needs of the story. Obviously D&D flavor text only goes so far. Let me try to look at this from a different view point though. Lets look at what Raphael is, specifically what abilities would play a role here: 'All of Creation' is probably the biggest, followed by 'Analytical Appraisal' and 'Thought Acceleration'. We can also discuss 'Future Attack Prediction' and 'Universal Barrier' for the fun of it. If there is some other skill or ability that you think makes a difference, let me know, I think those are the biggest ones that Rimuru currently has. All of Creation is probably the main one that people look at. As this is the OP ability that lets Rimuru get out of any issue that comes up. From the wiki: It allows the user to comprehend anything as long as they have a basic understanding of it and it is perceivable to the user. The issue here is that Rimuru, or really Raphael, would need to be able to perceive the attack and comprehend what happened, then take action to do something about it. Time Stop specifically would nullify this ability, as the only way to counter it is to have something already in place (a defense) or have a natural resistance to it. Then there is Analytical Appraisal, which is the generic 'analyze' skill trope. The big thing mentioned in the wiki, and what we have seen, is that it can be blocked / fail based on the abilities of the target. Ainz never starts a battle without obscuring / falsifying all of his data, in fact one of his rings does this automatically. I am not sure how much this ability would really help, since it would get fed incorrect / falsified data. I am not sure how much Raphael can counter knowing that Ainz's only skill is 'summon fluffy bunny'. Thought Acceleration, this is actually apparently a fairly common skill, but Rimuru takes it to 11. Yes, it does mean that Raphael would be able to process things extremely fast. But would be nullified by time stop as there would be no forward progression of time (from Raphael's point of view). I have not seen any indication from the Anime to show that Raphael would not be impacted by time stopping. In fact, since she gets Time Stop later on, it is safe to say temporal shenanigans come up at some point (I have not read that far ahead), and that is the counter. Future Attack Prediction really just lets Rimuru see where an attack will land based on future sight. For an attack that is the entire area, or globally, it would probably only show that it happened. The big issue is still the passage of time. Since time would be stopped, I am not sure where it would really help. Universal Barrier gets brought up a lot also. This is really just plot armor, and if it was really used in the manner people think it works, nothing would ever threaten Rimuru and the story would have ended the exact second he received the ability. But for the sake of argument, lets say it works as written. At what point would it consider Rimuru was being attacked? Before or after Ainz instantly, silently casts time stop? That is almost guaranteed to be the first move, since it does not take any time, and if it fails there is no harm done. At which point an instant death would be most likely the next spell. The video does mention this, but Universal Barrier does not actually block anything (at least the OP portion, the multi-barrier aspect can block basic attacks), it just separates Rimuru from the current place. So basically, once activated, Rimuru can not be attacked since he technically is not there. It does not matter where Rimuru is when the spell takes effect, as the spell is already cast on Rimuru. If I misunderstood something above let me know, this is coming from the wiki, but it does not do a good job of separating out WN/LN/Anime differences. Keep in mind, that all of Rimuru's powers work on the concept of seeing something bad about to happen and coming up with a counter before Rimuru dies. Raphael has not seen any of Ainz spells, so would not have any defenses already lined up. Maybe if Ainz was stupid enough to cast an ultimate that takes time to cast, Raphael could counter it, but any instant cast is going to be a problem. Raphael can only come up with possible counters to things she has seen, and she has never experienced the magic system that Ainz uses. That does go both ways, if Rimuru got an attack off, Ainz would be at a disadvantage since his experience would not be as useful when dealing with a new magic system. The other thing to factor in, is that in battle Rimuru tends to let people attack him first and then counter. Where as Ainz knows, from years of PvP, that whoever gets the first attack in usually wins. I think we can safely say Ainz shoots first. I just hope Ainz doesn't try to use his favorite spell for the opener, seeing as human form Rimuru does not have a heart to grasp.

true, but the tensura universe is on a significantly different level than Moonlit fantasy, when you look at beings that serve rimuru like shion and benimaru who are significantly weaker than rimuru and compare them to makoto, he still falls short, not to mention the skills in tensura or mostly completely busted in every way, so yes makato is feared by the gods of his world but they are also weaker than the gods of the tensura world

Ok so after reading what u said i can see where your coming from, and this was the first vid i made so i probably didnt get my point across well enough, the reason why i say rimuru is the best which is an opinion so u can think whatever u want but why i think hes the best is that hes not the best at any one thing, but as a charachter hes verry well rounded in the sense that he is above average in every aspect and has certain aspects where he excells the most, Hes not the most powerful Nor balanced MC but hes LEAGUES better than most of them,Sure you have charachters that are more balanced like u said like Rudeus dont know how u think subaru is balanced though, if it werent for return from death hed basically be a less funny version of kazuma, but you do you, but then when you look at how much action and fights Mushoku tensei has it makes it way easier to balance rudeus himself,rimrus verse is filled with literall gods and world ending beings everywhere and he still dosent seem like the most broken until the end of the series, but thats not my point unless an isekai is just your average garbage, every isekai has something that they do THE BEST or BETTER THAN AVERAGE. But rimuru does EVERYTHING above average. Kind of like a jack of all trades situation. Yes rudeus may be more balanced and yes subaru has better devolopment ,but in terms of action, doing what an isekai does best, charachter design, and even his personality(this one is specific to me) he outshines them easily. But ill agree i didnt make my point clear enough and in the end its your opinion too.

The simplest way i can explain it is,when you think of what an isekai is supposed to be like youd probably think like shadow but it lacks the world building of something like Overlord but overlord dosent have the same level of charachter development of Rudeus ,but mushoku tensei dosent have the same level of action and coolness of an isekai that makes something like eminence in the shadow so good but rimuru has all of those things at a decent level, there isnt anything it lacks to and nothing it does amazingly its just perfectly well rounded.
