Now I HAVE to correct YOU on this. Technically, Yes, he can use the skills of his subordinates. But he won't be able to use them efficiently enough to really consider usable. He doesn't have the angelic series US per se, he "absorbed" their information in Shubb Niggurath in order to convert them into skills, or more like knowledge for Ciel to use as she sees fit. And as far as intrinsic skill goes, I agree with suspended world, the rest not so much. He don't understand the basic of Anti-Skill to use it, he don't have Manas Michael because HE'S DEAD, he just absorbed his power, the sentient being lost his soul.

“Turn null” or “Nihility collapse” is kinda of like anti matter. When Veldanava created the universe, all that energy got pushed to the edges of space because nihility cannot exist where there is creation, when rimuru got vanished to the end of time and space he consumed enough to fill his imaginary space. . It might be the opposite of Millim’s Stardust cause rimuru can’t absorb stardust, but that’s just a theory of mine.

He has the "data" of the angelic series US that Ciel will use to enhance his allies via Shugg Niggurath. Plus, it has been confirmed that while he does possess his subordinates skills, he can't use them efficiently for battle because skills are innate to the individual and made for the individual, which means even though one can possess the skills of someone else, the output won't be the same

And that’s why masayuki is the current owner
