I believe so. I don't think they have the textures as a separate pack.

@@GamesVonJames so i installed the pack and thought i would look at it in rimpy 1st and it says all of the mods r outdated and some of them arent even loaded like a dog said and others? is that normal?

@EvilNecroid hmmm, there should be about 150 mods included in the pack. I honestly would recommend their homemade launcher for the modpack.
