In the middle of this run I had to take TWO MONTHS off RimWorld due to specialist visits, hospital stays, and tons of trial medication. Good way to cheese melee is to imprison someone forever. Every time they prison break, you beat the crap out of them. Keep your other pawns on stand-by in case you lose, and always melee bare-handed.

Ps5 player here, for the first time I am playing on losing is fun, it’s so tough, I am on Randy as well. The toughest thing is their mood, eat with no table? Bang! Shout at everyone one and bring their mood down as well! I got 7 people, they spam 22 at a time in raids, still injured, they spam another wave, 2 guys down in the first month. I had a semi cheese in melee in which I permenantly held open my prison door accidentally and the wounded,but patched up prisoner as soon as he was able to walk tried to escape and was downed with a single punch brought back to the prison patched up and repeat until my medics became Godly after patching him up so much and half of my colony became martial artists just punching the poor prisoner again and again

I don't know if you consider this cheese or if you already know this, but you can kinda cheese melee by beating up prisoners. Imprison a raider that has a shield and give your pawn shield as well. Gets you to level 20 really quickly.

No shields in base game. Can still melee prisoner in general for xp, but if I was going to mod an item in for melee experience I might as well just mod in one of the training dummy mods or such :P

Big thing I do is farm tortoises for shooting experience theyre slow and pretty low risk while taking plenty of shots. Super recommend doing that if you have them on your map.

@@AdamVsEverything i checked the logs and it turns out a pawn binged it all while it was still waiting to be hauled into storage, lol. can't be too mad, the guy had just lost a lung in a raid. i LOVE this game. there are some features missing from the port and the max tile size you can have is 225 which sucks because 250 or 275 would be Goldilocks for me. unluckily for the pawn i don't seem to see any artificial respiratory organs in the tech tree, maybe i'll keep a lookout for a downed raider with a fresh natural one.

Does consuming rawfood with poison chance work per item or per serving. What iam asking is, is the chance when eating 10 eaten berries at once the same as eating 1 berrie (2%) or does it stack up to 20% (2%x10). Noticed a serving is around 7-8 when playing meaning 14-16%which wouldn't be low at all considering tribals are 5 pawns start 15%x5=75% chance of atleast one getting poisoned

yeah, "god pawn" has some variety, because sure... a late game pimped out archotech limb'd super soldier on luci is a "god pawn" but that is different from a "god pawn" in terms of who you want to recruit instantly I tend to agree with your vision of it, although I would add 2 A+ tier traits and a solid third if possible, plus useful skills and passions for the colony, your 15th good doctor is a lot less useful then your first or second, so "god pawn" becomes more scarce later in the game

Do you have modlist? I mean a full modlist with links to workshop elements? 'Cause I really wanna try the random plus ( which is not listed in the mod list) and it requires harmony, but with harmony the game does not display the starting menu. turns out, that it is important to load the workshop elements in a certain order, not just in the game but in the workshop itself.

Good catch. I copy/pasted the mod list from a different playthrough and forgot to add that one. You can see the mod list on the initial loading screen (the timestamp where the ru begins then just hit left arrow once). I will update the list later as well, but there isn't much at all.

You should swap "cheesemonger" for "cheesador" for spanish, "-dor" means "the one who -" . You seen it in "Conquistador" wich means "the one who conquers". So "cheesador" will mean "the one who cheeses"

Hey Adam, I was wonderin if you played a Planetkiller Scenario before? As an idea for a new Rimworld series. The race against time could be very interesting, if you challenge yourself properly. :)

It’s a singleplayer game... Unless you use the multiplayer mod! Rimworld: there’s a mod for that (tm)
