With gas mask in hand, the next destination is the Tunnel Cough infected Islington. Having been directed to Islington by the Ghoul Lazarus, some answers might finally be found as to the purpose of these mysterious labs as well as answers to what was done to John Smith.
Quick disclaimer: Fallout London is now at version 1.01 which adds Buffout4 as a base mod included in the installation so there is no longer any need to install Buffout4 separately and should be uninstalled if having done so through a mod manager prior.
