Thanks ! What about combining a set of theses with a set of inverted rows ? It seems great to build the strengh for pullups and dips !

Would make a great superset if you were short on time, needed to build muscle, and could confidently perform both exercises 💪🏿

At what height should the rings be? Ankle height? Or a bit Higher?

Will depend on your preference, but I liked it so that they were as low as would allow me to go without eating grass 😅

There's an important element you didn't mention: you need to keep the wrists straight during the whole exercise.

Agreed. Rows build silly pulling strength and because the rings are already set up, training them together could work well for you 💪🏿
