I detect a few widely separated spots that, when conditions are right, produce lots of old style pull tabs year after year. I think that they're being eroded out, not washed up. I dig them all because mixed in are old coins and jewelry. Multiple silvers, but so far, no gold. Good Luck with your locations!

I watch a detectorist in Australia who uses the Manticore and he had the settings on the red ferrous and I'm not sure if he was using pinpoint and if the item flicked into the red then 98% of the time it was a junk target. The 2% he was unsure about was when there was a target next to.. or multiple targets. seemed like a spot on way of working this detector

@@stephenmaas8775 certain targets like older copper penny’s with corrosion can trigger a 98-99 they’ll flash red for me.

@SeekfandDetect Did you watch the link I posted below, I think the guy uses the pinpoint when it is 50's borderline ferrous going into 60's I think his ferrous is 50 and below? I think I noticed your detector flashing red on random low numbers and you was digging low numbers way below 50. Confused slightly!

He appears to be wearing the same finds bag/pouch I have (a Garrett). That bag has an external D-ring, and it also has in internal Carabiner in one of the zippered compartments. I believe (not exactly sure though) he is attaching the scoop to one of those connection points. It's a great finds pouch btw.
