Both wrong. It's a 1960s "Serviceman" Jaguar (made in Philippines for US servicemen in Vietnam) w/a vintage Jazzmaster pickup in the neck. I know because I've played it may times. Also that neck is a replacement (smashed in Japan a couple of years ago).
