Cartwheel handstand looking quite intentional and strong. Back in the land of trees, you're literally surrounded. Always strong ring work, you just had to get that hoodie off at the beginning. Well done sir.

I can imagine there is something "freeing" about doing the turns and movements in the air on the rings. Free of being on the earth perhaps?
@HybridGym10 күн бұрын
It is a freeing feeling, maybe it's being free of the Earth, but more so, being able to express something physically, it feels like something that is just pleasant to do, perform and try and get better at performing. I'm finding the same with cartwheels, trying to 'control' them, put my feet where I want when I want, it's a game/challenge about proprioception and other facets, it's capturing my imagination

Very clean and smooth rings routine Barefoot burpee! And that sissy squat is no joke, you have adamantium knees!
@HybridGym10 күн бұрын
That's right, before a year ago I was mainly doing burpees! I need to do these knee things more regularly, there's just not enough time to do all the exercises, I've kinda made my mind up to resell the sandbags 😢and concentrate more on the rings/floor work/running modalities. I also want to get beyond 3 ball juggling, I have a book on it but failed so far to make inroads
@Jimperial10 күн бұрын
@ yeah I feel you, there’s too many things I want to do too, and limited time. Unfortunate with the sandbag situation, but rings, floor work and running is more than enough to keep one fit! And juggling sounds pretty cool, working on that hand-eye coordination and reflex!

@@Jimperialmissed this message... Yes shane about the sandbags, but im 99% sure they were tweaking that old groin area. The pain has gone in the last week (was mildly there for three weeks after last sand sesh), so im keen to avoid it coming back, especially as i enjoy the other training that doesn't hurt. I just liked the idea of being robust, strong enough to handle at least 60kg, and your vids make Sandbags look like intense fun, which it was! Cant have it all though!

@@HybridGym with your training, I’m pretty sure you can handle 60kg anytime you want or need to!
