Tolkien specifically states that Orcs breed like humans. The fundamental underlying lore of Middle Earth is that LIFE can only be created by Eru-Iluvatar (God) and not even Morgoth had that power - he could only twist and manipulate beings into evil, not create them. Orcs being made from dirt by Peter Jackson was made up crap that was insultingly lore breaking.
