Thanks Leo, you're far too kind bro. I'm just trying to learn and grow bro. Hey, if you ever do dice game again, roll and then do 10 burpees of whatever you rolled. It's easier and you don't have to roll every time. Well, it's no easier when you roll a 9+, but you know what I mean, lol. Much love bro.

@@PaulfromOregon lmao, I kind of enjoyed the constant rolling and constant change up, but I see what you mean haha Thank you bro

Looking good Paul, surely muacle building! I think maybe keep more a 'hollow body' in the ring pushups to protect your lower back
@PaulfromOregon26 күн бұрын
So, what does that mean, bend the back a bit? Like, slightly Pike ish? I hope it's muscle building. I like training this way as much as I don't. It's weird.

@@PaulfromOregonyes contracted so that the lower back would be more convex, and you would appear slightly rounded. It can feel like limiting rom and maybe hunching which i think is why we don't do it sometimes. But i believe its essential for things like planch and better for handstands. If i do a demo it might be more useful. I certainly don't get it right every time!
