I think the World Grand Prix storyline had a lot of potential, especially now when auto racing organization tribalism is at such a fever pitch, but Pixar in their infinite wisdom decided to make it just the backdrop to an overly long and half baked Mater's Tall Tales short.

probably because it was an easy track with wide track design, in cars 3 you would unlock the cars 2 tracks at the later half of the game and by then the player was already skilled enough to mop the floor with this track and needed more of a challenge. but im not gonna lie I do wish this track was in the game because everyone loves extra content
