This video is so great you explained a lot of things very clearly I have a Bradford white unit for a house, using 14 heaters. I was getting a error code number 41. The air blower was changed but still get the error code 41. do unit was installed two years ago in 2018 now no one ever told me it needed to be serviced that’s the installers fault. Not pointing fingers but I have done both sides domestic water and boil water in my unit is running perfectly fine I’m happy to find a video after but I watched numerous videos on how to do it your video is very clear into the point. thank you. Thank you for the good introduction. I just had two licensed plumber and mechanics in a row telling me this boiler is not a combi after I sent them its information. The knowledge of professionals in the field is really outdated.

hello I was wondering if you had the unit installed and how everything is going so far the hot water and heating, I'm thinking about installing the i-series 120000btu gas combi i seen a few bad reviews which makes me a little nervous ANY INFORMATION WOULD EXTREMELY HELPFUL .

Is the heating unit turned off at any time during the flushing process as far as it my be cycling in a heating mode? Example, flame in on, inducer fan on.

i have a combi rennai i060C (reb- 1847ff-) the problem i hve is the hot watwer heater works fine i ean gives hot water but if a fixture is running not a problem once i turn off the fixture the releif pressure valve start leaking lots of water but nobody can tell me whats happening the plumber can figure it out yet an a meanwhile no oht shower any advice

Good evening Ray, I see you to both Navien and Rinnai tankless and combi's. I have a couple questions that maybe you could make a video to address or just responding to them would be greatly appreciated. I have a 110,00 BTU 80% furnace I was wonder what your thoughts where regarding replacing it with a hydronic air handler and a tankless or Combi, would I get enough heat out of it to replace the furnace and would it work as well? I have a tank water heater dated 1994 so I was considering replacing that and possibly the furnace too. Next which brand do you prefer and why, navies or Rinnai? Thanks Doug

I hope you fix your info. This does not give 240000 btus to the dhw side. It only gives 199000 btus to the dhw side and 120000 to the heating side.

Worst purchase ever. I just had a i120 installed. It has eaten two tanks of propane in a month! It is always running and the installer says there’s nothing wrong and the Rinnai company has also agreed that my brand new unit is working fine. Apparently $800 a month is normal??? No thank you! I wish I never switched out my other furnace. I use to live with many more services on propane and paid a fraction. Hot water tank is waaaaay cheaper! Huge mistake buying this… it’s still running… everyone is sleeping and thermostat is turned down? Why is it constantly running???!

@@jmm1000 Check Rinnai i120C documentation on page 81, DIP Switch settings. set switch 1 to ON which means NOT to use outdoor temperature sensor.

@@bmwgsxr1 Yeah you're right. My bad I thought it was a Rinnai continuum. I hope it's better then the Rinnai boilers we use to install.
