What a joyous occasion for this Locomotive #20 returning to service once more from the days of hauling cattle, freight, and passengers around Durango to Ridgeway and now here. Thanks to all involved in restoring this great work horse from the past. It looks like it is brand new now.

I agree and I did some of the 0404's restoration including a lot of the exterior paint.

@@johnmeixel9928 Y'all did a fine job with her. I always thought she was the best car to spend the night in back in the day when we'd watch 346 overnight, long before the roundhouse. She's my favorite car pulled by my favorite engine. :-)

Love it! Any one know why they went with the "hooter" whistle? Engine looks to be restored to the 1940s period. Don't think this engine would have worn that at this period?!?! Great restoration though! Just curious!
