Cool system but by the time you purchase all the components and extra misc. parts you have spent at least $8000

I won't buy this system, so complicated and expensive, and there is no enough colors compare with badass enamel.

@@dantemccoy1209 "Add saturated, lasting color to your jewelry with the user-friendly HyCeram® system. Offering the durability of ceramic and the high-polish of enamel without a high-temperature kiln or plating equipment, HyCeram® lets you give customers the look and feel of in-demand enamel with a minimal learning curve. Shop 24 colors in pearl and opaque finishes or order your own custom colors* and get started adding striking hues to your designs. (*Minimum order of 250 grams required.)" Which means custom colors are going to cost you around $2500 each. Yeah, this is for the big boys, not the smaller individual studio jewelers, lol. The demo shows "everything you'll need" at the start, but presupposes you've already got a studio full of pricey toys ready to go. (Bead/sand blaster, refrigerator - unless you just want to keep your HyCeram in with your groceries, ultrasonic cleaner, air compressor - "which you're going to need" lol, and that great milling system that lets you carve designs into the HyCeram to make intricate multi-colored designs). Oh, well, guess I'll have to stick with that pesky "high-temperature kiln" and my brushes and toothpicks, lol. Seriously, though, this is a nice set-up, if you've got the resources (and the need). I would dearly love to play with this! (And he mentioned that the colors can be mixed, so you can make all the colors you want in small volume to avoid that custom color upcharge...but then you run up against that 'learning curve' thing, of course. Lots of testing!)

"Here is the finished ring..." Holds it in his fist, keeps talking, and never shows the ring. Argh, so many demos do this, it drives me crazy! There was a quickie view earlier, though, so if you go back and you're quick, you can freeze it and see a still. No dimensional views, though, so no idea of what the surface is like or how reflective (or matte) it might be.
