The Sunrise Express 285 series!!! The last overnight sleeper train in Japan... I REALLY hope i can be able to ride it at least once before it retires..... Was that the deluxe Single room? One should really wait at the platform for the carriage number for your room, walking through those coridors and steps are surely a big work out! The sight at Okayama station (beyond Osaka) is pretty neat too, to see the trains couple (towards Tokyo direction) or un-couple (towards Takamatsu/ Izumo shi) Always love your videos! Thank you!

Sunrise Seto runs daily between Tokyo and Takamatsu on the island of shikoku and the Sunrise Izumo runs daily from Tokyo and Izumoshi. When they travel to Tokyo they both stop at Okayama and join together to combine both 7 car trains to one 14 car train and on the reverse journey they split at Okayama and go there seperate ways you have to make sure when they split your on the right side otherwise you could go to the wrong destination.
