Thank you for sharing the various hotel options around USJ 👍

I enjoyed your hotel hopping adventure around Universal City, as this was a new experience! 😊 Just by looking at your happy face, I knew you really enjoyed that yummy burger with drinks plus that awesome view at the Hard Rock cafe! Let's do more and keep walking, Rion.

Really a super interesting review of the official Universal Studio hotels and so many restaurants along the Universal City Walk. Actually so many hotels relatively close to each other as well as to the the entrance of the amusement park more convenient than at the Disneyland and -Sea. There is really quite a choice in every respect. Here we used to have Hard Rock Cafe years ago, too unfortunately not anymore, but nice memories, anyhow. The menue was of course other than in Osaka, where the special Osaka meal together with the cool Coctail seemed so inviting. It was fun to watch how you enjoyed your lunch there. Thanks so much for such an informative video, especially for those who intend visiting Universal Studios, which, as it at least seems to me, look even more popular than Disney theme parks close to Tokyo. Till your next video, mata ne and GAAOO...

Thanks so much for this video, I was wondering what I was going to eat or do when I arrived at my hotel near Nishikujō Station. I was planning to eat at Universal City Walk, now maybe I will eat there my whole stay 😂, they have a lot of restaurants. Thanks for the video.

Rion-san, when I went to Universal Studios Citywalk in Osaka back in November we tried Bubba Gump and we loved it! Definitely will try Hard Rock/Red Lobster when I’m there next time 🤍 Arigatō for exploring the area! It brings back memories ~~

I feel hungry when you introduced the various restaurants to me. Kind of want to try the Naniwa Doteyaki Burger too. Hope they would still have it when I come over to Osaka next March. Is it cold in USJ? As I see that you were wearing a jacket. Thanks for the hotels recommendation, Rion. Good jobs! Arigatou-gozaimasu.

We loved The Liber Hotel!! Stayed there after watching a previous vlog of yours, when you stayed and I loved the look of the outside terrace 😊 I think it's the farthest from Universal City Walk maybe a 10min walk but it was cheap, huge room, public bath, massage chairs and the train stops right outside (one stop on from Universal station).

I love there too! They just left from official hotel, so I didn't focus on it in this video, but definitely it's one of my favorite hotel!!

Great work again Rion ☝️🙏👑🦁 Great informative overview of chain restaurants. Americanised Japanese theme parks/eateries/cafes are not really my thing. I've never sacrificed any of my time in Japan to visit any of them. I'm sure there are people who enjoy them but for me there is so much more Japan offers. Please consider doing a walk to/through Osaka Museum of Housing and Living ... I think also you doing a walk-through in a supermarket would be great too 😊 Gaooooo

Growing up, my family never ordered drinks at restaurants, so your past USJ video especially resonated with me when you had no budget for a drink at Kinopio’s Cafe ☺️ Now look at you-a signature drink at the Hard Rock Cafe 😆👍 (Oh man, the glass… Next time 😏) After a whole summer in China, my friends and I finally got burgers at the Hard Rock Cafe in Beijing 🤘 And, what, I didn’t know another Osaka soul food is doteyaki-now I have to try that, too 😋 Let’s keep eating & rockin’ 😎✨

Rion the Lion! 😋 I love all your videos and positive vibes! This one was nice and informative about the hotels - I hope I can stay there someday! But I don’t know if you heard - they announced they postponed the opening of Donkey Kong area until second half of 2024 😭 I’m so sad because I’ll be there in June and was hoping to see it … but at least I can see Fantasy Springs - I’m looking forward to your videos of these new areas too!

Thanks for the update. The Hard Rock Cafe is an entertaining chain to visit and eat. Enjoyed the times I visited in NYC and Miami😊 Can't go wrong with a burger! Looked so good 😮 Personally, with a long commute, nothing beats karaoke in the car and singing your lungs and soul out. Especially after a tough day. I can totally relate 🎤 😂

Hi Rion!!! Thank you so much for this video!!! Now I know exactly where to stay when we visit Universal Osaka!!! 😊 I've been to Universal Orlando Florida and Universal in California and just need to visit the one in Japan! I can't wait. It seems like it's close enough to the city of Osaka, so maybe we will just stay there for a few days and just take the trains back and forth? 😅 Thanks again for your time in Osaka and Kyoto ❤ Safe travels back to Tokyo ❤❤❤

On Thursdays I would commute from Uzumasa station in Kyoto to Ibaraki Station near Osaka, attend my business classes, then Ibaraki to Osaka station to USJ and spend the rest of the day at USJ(had a season pass) and then when the park closed around 8-9pm get on the train from USJ all the way back to Uzumasa station switching trains at Osaka and Kyoto stations. The BEST part of a season pass, you can leave the park, go into Universal City walk for food(much, much, cheaper with Konbinis) and re-enter the park on the same day. You can't do that with a normal ticket.

It only felt like yesterday when I visited Osaka for the first time and went to USJ. Now it's been roughly six years and I'm dying to return soon enough, and probably want to check out Super Nintendo World. Added bonus: I might have eaten at Sushiro at the time.

Isn't their a kobe motomachi doria in the city walk?
I should’ve given you one cuz I had to buy a frozen 4-pack from 551 Horai in Shin-Osaka Station 🥺 (I didn’t know they didn’t sell fresh ones at that location, and that’s the smallest quantity sold 😅) I will get this as an omiyage for you next time 😊
@aya-san1199 ай бұрын
@@paripitiffany Dear Tiffany!! How did you eat that frozen 551? And Was 4 pieces too many for one person to eat? Is that a dumpling? Or is it steamed bun?I have only been to Osaka once, and at that time I did not eat takoyaki, okonomiyaki, or kushikatsu. Instead, I ate kuaaina🤣🍔Next time I go to Osaka, I want to be more proactive about eating the local cuisine! 😂👍
@paripitiffany9 ай бұрын
@@aya-san119 The buns thawed by the time I arrived to Tokyo, and then I warmed it up in the hotel’s microwave 😁 I had a 2nd one for breakfast 😋 And then… the rest were left behind when I left for the airport 😖 I had Kua Aina, too 😆👍 Yes, a 2nd trip is calling for you and me 😊✨

The price for those hotels aren't bad. I still would recommend staying outside the port area since there isn't much to do at night. I was a big fan of B'z 20 years ago. I didn;t know they were still around.

@albertwibowo431916 күн бұрын
For those who are seeking the same question as me, the answer is yes, they can exchange my ticket type B to type A, you just need to go to the guest service and tell the staff. Really good service, they even refund my money because type B to type A is a downgrade. Really love japanese people, they are so polite, so kind, full of smile. I would protect them at all cost ❤ Hope this information will help.
