I went to see the projection mapping in Nakanoshima park,Osaka,Japan after seeing Rubber Duck in Nakanoshima west just around ABC Asahi TV building on the 14th of December,2023 which was the first day of the Christmas lights events/festival. Last Saturday I saw the Christmas tree underneath Umeda sky building,Umeda,Osaka,Japan too. cheers

Rion, happy holidays!! As you know, a cold front has been passing through China, Korea and western Japan last weekend . Even here in Okinawa, the low temperture at night was 15c or 58f at night. We are warming up now to 73 degrees f or 23c tomorrow.

@@aya-san119 Osaka seems like a very nice place. I can understand why many people visit there. 😊 A famous Japanese sailor, Kenichi Horie, is from Osaka. In 1962, he sailed his nineteen foot sailboat from Osaka to California! I used to own a sixteen foot sailboat that I sailed on Lake Erie (I live in Michigan), so I really appreciate what he did. 😊

Please visit Michigan when you get the chance. I recall that you expressed an interest in visiting Singapore. That seems like a beautiful country, but I doubt it has anything over Japan. Thanks so much for such a long walk from South to North of Osaka under that cold and windy weather. The vibe of Dotonbofi changes while heading north but it is interesting to see various places and the respective Xmas decorations of which the project mapping has been top of the tops. It is also amazing how many arcades there are in Osaka following one another, but they are obviously more comfortable in order to avoid bad weather or windy open streets. The larger Christmas Market was a bit cfowded but it cannot be compared with tbe crowds at the Yokohama one, at all. Anyhow another interesting stroll along the Osaka streets. I alwaiys appriciate your hard work and I could simpatize with you for feeling that frozen under such windy conditions. I hope you might stay healthy without catching a flue. By the way isn't it too late to get vaccinated now ( I've got my shot end of October). Hoping you had nice Christmas and looking forward to last days of the current years to be fine, too. Have a comfortable return to Tokyo. GAOOO!
