Just beware cause you will be extra squishy and the shield you give with Ult will not be much. But I feel Shen's E, plus Sudden Impact, plus cyclosword and hail of blades you can shred through health bars. Plus with the max health damage on his Q you can even deal with tanks

The idea behind the change is to make support pantheon different. Poke with AP Q and AP DPS, the health and AP can come from support items. I didn't test it, but it feels like a change in this direction. Poke Pantheon with Comet and Scorch, tanky with tanky support item.

So like a 2011 panth build... when landing his ult was a sure thing. And fully global. Those early ganks do remind me of the early years, not having a jungle and 1 or 2 people would just run around fighting... even had once match back then when the team moved as 4 diving. Was a thing in wc3 dota too... made me play riki alot so i could just stealth.
