Damn, I remembered that the eagle does not give 6 speed for 2 parts. In this case, I believe that asking about spending gems on energy was very stupid.

yup, I spent the better part of several months farming Eagle domain, which included daily refreshing of course, the relic grind never truly ends, but it's on temporary halt now as I work on characters I've neglected

What set is typically used on sparkle if not eagle? I got her e2 trying to e6 qq(failed) and I think I should build her at this point.

you won't regret building Sparkle ✨ besides eagle, there isn't a universal 4 piece set recommended for her, because she's more about substats: namely speed and crit damage, but also some Def/HP (and effect res if she has Broken Keel equipped) 2 piece messenger is often used because it gives 6% speed how fast should she be? there're two sparkle builds: 1) -1 Sparkle, where she's 1 speed slower than your DPS; this is mostly used for Seele 2) Hyperspeed Sparkle, where she's as fast as possible and drags up the DPS to her speed These builds arose because she only has 50% action advancement on her skill, as opposed to Bronya's 100% action advancement I recommend Hyperspeed Sparkle if you're planning to pair her with Qingque of course the faster the better, but there's no need to burn yourself out relic refreshing, chasing 160 speed sparkle for starters, get Sparkle an energy regeneration rate rope, a matching Def or HP orb, a crit damage body, and speed boots the rest of her relics should have as much as the aforementioned substats as possible LC: Sig > Bronya Sig > Past and Future DDD is very good as well, but her ult must be procced at the right time for maximum benefits ...I think I wrote too much already, but feel free to let me know if you have any other questions! 😊

Yes, that's generally the best time to use Sparkle's ult; you are correct, it does prolong her Cipher buff an extra turn if Sparkle is too fast, proccing her ult when it's the DPS's turn may lead to the DPS not immediately getting their turn after Sparkle's next skill to them, since the DPS didn't get their action advanced while Sparkle did but that's a really, really minor problem

Seriously, looking at this, PMC damage is way more insane than Argenti against 1-3 targets. Not to mention to speed for ult uptime.

Nah, PMC looks way better than she actually is because she's being hard carried by supports my E1S1 Argenti does more damage in this comp with ERR rope
