Adding the egg(s) means that less liquid is required; putting mozzarella or sharp cheddar takes it to another level of delicious decadence. Cheers!

The cheese goes in the middle, between 2 hand patted layers. Ca, patientreful construction is required but worth it!

Where you come from??? I’m pretty sure I know what a frog banana is and what a plantain is. In the same way that you have different kinds of bananas, there are different types of plantains. Not just the ONE you are obviously used to!
