The work you've put out i think it was amazing. You were on the top of your game but this year's Olympia has been very competitive. All 3 of you Samson, Hadi and yourself have improved sigificantly. The level was just raised to a new bar. It just comes to show that the future of this sport is bright. You have nothing to be ashamed of, you were the defending champion, put a lot of heart and effort, but success is never granted. The same as in life. You've reached a hurdle. I am 100% sure you will bounce back. You took it like a man, class act, i love how you behaved on stage even though you were probably broken inside. This is how a champion is supposed to be. Lost a battle but never the fight. It's just part of the journey. You have a lost of Sandows left in you my friend. You got too emotional pre show through these vids and a tacit pressure to upload such cinema-like vlog where you have to talk with over-transparency. You have to be at the best of your moods before going on the stage. Don't get overwhelmed with emotions right before stepping on the stage.
