The Powerhouse Gym has changed so much over the years that even now I live in Brooklyn and keep telling myself I need to go there just once it's always slips my mind every year smh lol I believe this is the first time Derek has trained there? At 28:45 he hits the most muscular the way he should hit it. He doesn't look good in the hands clasped because he just doesn't have that pop or the arms like Nick. He looks even worse when he hits the crab with his arms up high and out in front of him because his arms lose all their size and his chest just isn't full and striated enough. This right here is how he should always hit it on stage. He gets more definition through the shoulders and he looks bigger.

I am writing that to you because I have been wearing glasses since 1986 when I was in the 1st grade of elementary school, and I often had conjunctivitis, when I lifted heavy weights, the capillaries in my eyes would burst. Also after a long swim in our Borkovac lake after 1.6 or 2 kilometers, I have such a bloodshot eye shape. It can be from hypertension, but also from a draft when the air blows too much over the surface of the eye in the apartment. The same can also be caused by chemical substances that bite the surface of the eye, the pollen of some plants that causes an allergy. . . so many possible reasons, of course, a punch in the face. Previously, it could also happen by accident if we hit ourselves in the head with the door before we woke up. When you wash your face, hold a little colder water in your hand, about 10 to 15 degrees Celsius, put your open eye in the water and hold it like that several times for 10 or more seconds. This causes the surface capillaries in the eye's vessels to contract slightly and draw excess blood from the surface of the eye. Then apply some mild antibiotic creme and everything will pass very quickly. The odds are at least 3/4. Also, rinsing the eye with lukewarm chamomile tea can help.
