I can really appreciate what he's saying, before he starts playing the song. RA's music has helped me though tough times, and it only highlights that we need change to happen.

"Resist the urge to bury your heads in the sand" Sure. That's one of those statements that sounds nice in theory, but doesn't actually work out in practice. If the age of social media and online activism has taught me anything, it's that you don't need everybody to be involved in making the world a better place. If you do that you just end up with a whole bunch of angry hateful headless chickens running around aimlessly swinging at anybody they believe to be part of the problem, and as a result the world may actually end up worse than it was before. What you need is for *the right people* to be working to make the world a better place, and for the rest of us to support them from the sidelines. It's like the old saying goes - too many chefs spoil the broth. Not everyone has the perspective and the ability to make the world better in the long run. Most succumb to anger and shortsightedness. The challenge is finding those rare individuals who can look further and build for the future, and telling them apart from all the countless impostors who would have you believe that they're who you're looking for.
