It was alright, my only issue is that this movie only told a fraction of Giannis’s amazing story. There’s so much more to unpack, him getting drafted is pretty much the beginning of his journey.

Didn't even watch the trailer... didn't even know it was about the Greek freek... went in blind... and boom what a hit... this won't win any awards but it sure is a feel good movie.

I just saw the movie and I am surprised even though I already knew the story of Giannis because I am Greek but it's a great inspiration story because through the movie you see that a family from nothing made 3 superstars NBA players great movie 9.5/10 from me because i wanted to see how through the movie how he continues in nba and how he achieves what he has achieved today "sorry for my bad English I hope you understood what I said"🤣 great review piece✌🏻

Also Greek here, his life in Greece was presented much better than what it really was. I assume cause it's a Disney movie. Our immigration laws really suck

Giannis is my favorite player of all time at this point so I was excited for this movie but I was surprised how good the movie was actually was. Great video 🔥👍🙏

The life story was unfortunately not accurate at all. It was way worse than they portray it to be. Also Giannis idol wasnt the other Nigerian greek guy but Spanoulis.

I happen to chance this movie on a bus when going to report to my agency and it was so good that i got so sad when i reach my destination. Never realized it was about Giannis until i look up the names to find the movie.

This movie was very good, great review! The only thing I didn’t like was that sometimes their accents broke and the ages of the actors were over a span of 6 years

The greek authorities have standardised the way names and words transcribe from the Latin alphabet to the Greek one. Otherwise the name would be pronounced "Athetokoumvo"

Unfortunately the movie was very inaccurate. I was kinda disappointed how luxurious they portrayed everything. But what do you expect from disney. Also Giannis idol is Spanoulis not Sofoklis Skortianitis.

Ihave same problem as gainis idont have paper iplay basketball I’m good at basketball some coach at the city club called me to try out I’m 16 iwent there I played with U19 iplayd good domnaited even coach impressed but the club kicked me for my paper problems

Movie shows only the bad stuff in his life. No mention at all for the help he got from great people. Also him getting drafted was a process that took 2 years and he had NBA scouts watching him for 2 years. In conclusion very inaccurate movie by disney 4/10 for me!!!
