Wow. This turned out great. Was worth all those hours climbing in the Albatros. Really glad I could lend a helping hand with this

Both great Aces, JG, The “Old One” didn’t want to kill an unarmed opponent! Such was the mettle of this Man!! Rest In Peace Ancient Warriors Both ❤️❤️‼️

Pretty accurate to what Dogfights did when recounting this battle, but we got hear of what Ernst said in his diary in this than Dogfights. Great work!

This is fantastic! Thank you! There's a really good documentary of RN and ultimate "badass" test pilot Eric "Winkle" Brown talking about his first meeting and flight with Ernst Udet at an early age, before his career began. I strongly recommend it to anyone who has a passion for flight.

Poor guy. Survived WW1 only to be used as a sacrificial pawn of a fellow ace turned morphine addict.

He killed himself too with a pistol, he turned out to be one fine pilot, you can see his arial demonstrations, I’ve seen none with the tenacity of his technical prowess.

This is a true story, Ginamare and Erst Udet...those were the days and the era of Chivalry, in today's airspaces this would not happen at all. The world has dipped down to a murderous age
@ToreDL872 жыл бұрын
It already dipped to a murderous age in WW1 air combat, the age of mano el mano combat ended in mid-late 1917.

I’ve always thought Rise of Flight was underrated from a graphics standpoint.

It really was, IL2 isnt THAT much more of an improvement. Add to that they ruined the RoF physics in 2014 before leaving it for dead.

This man's biography provides a very inspiring read, highly recommended. Although he made the mistake of putting his trust in Hitler, at least he didn't get to see it all go so terribly wrong. I wonder if he would have gone down with him in accelerating intense loyalty to the end as their world crumbled around them, or become disillusioned about the desaster his reign eventually caused for the country and the people he was so devoted to.

Guynemer... His unknown grave refers to his failed attempt to cross the Atlantic in the twenties, prior to Lindberg's success.

I had to look this up Altho I was sure he vanished during the war. He was MIA IN 1917; but not trying to cross the Atlantic.

If you're let off like that, a foolish selfish act by the French ace, and you then bleat on about chivalry, then surely you should stop fighting immediately? Every enemy you kill after that is on the conscience of the man who spared you. Nice video though. Though no gamer myself, I dig this sort of thing. Kudos.
