I couldn't agree more! I feel that way with all of the bands he's been in honestly. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED Kurt Travis in Dance Gavin Dance, but Jonny's voice is too unique. He makes any band honestly.

I prefer Jonny in Dance Gavin Dance and Emarosa, and I like Kurt Travis in A Lot Like Birds. Tilian Pearson has a nice voice, and the new singer of Emarosa isn't bad, but none of them come close to Jonny's range. The thing that sets Kurt apart is the fact that he does both unclean and clean vocals so well.

What worries people about Jonny is that he has a damn gifted voice, it's difficult to find a vocalist like him. But you're right: a good song is the result of ALL the musicians working together, not just the lead singer; but most people tend to pay more attention to him because is what is in the front most of the time. I hope they'll find a vocal just as good as him; even if it's difficult, Impossible is nothing. I salute you :).

It's not just the listeners, it's the band also. If the band doesn't showcase it's members other than the singer then not many people will give recognition to the other members. Look at A7X. Just about all their fans know who is who and who plays what because they showcase each other when they're playing a concert. And truth be told, the singer is half the band. When a new singer arrives, the instrument players have to adjust to the new singers vocal range.

actually i was addicted to herion and oxycottin for almost 10 years and done horrible things to ppl that were close to me and burned alot of bridges but im clean now and mending what i ahve broken so i know what it is like and it is a sickness that will consume your life and make you do things you would never do and u r right if u dont know about it then you shouldnt talk bad about someone that is struggling with addiction it is not an easy thing to go through its really hard to put into words
