I am insanely envious of Rishi Sunak. it's not insane. It's quite petty. Simple reason. I believe he comes from a rich family (don't remember if his parents are rich or he is rich - anyway, I'm going to hang on to my pettiness - because I don't like watching other successful Indians or successful people of Indian origin - yeah, maybe that's the real root cause). If I did want to help Rishi Sunak and I did run India, then I would ask both the U.K. and the U.S. to send their young Ph.D. grads and post-docs to be full time professors in IITs and IIMs. Maybe pay these people from the U.K and the U.S. enough money so that they would either marry Indians, or bring their significant others to settle India in due time. Since they would miss home, probably ask them to tie up with U.K. and U.S. companies to drive development in India - bring more people from these countries and make them settle down in India. But yeah, I'm envious of Rishi Sunak. Also, I feel there are too many people already in India, so they may not like others coming to India and taking up Indian jobs. Anyway, must be difficult being a politician.
