Many thanks for watching the video mate 👍 I've seen some of your vids too which are fantastic 👍 Last week I created a Facebook group called Trowel Talk I would love it if you would consider joining the group. I think you'll find it different to some of the bigger groups & the aim of the group is to help & guide plasterers of all levels who want to further their skills & eventually go self employed. There is an interactive blog which I am working on which allows members to share their experiences & thoughts/ challenges.. Good detective work fella, don't agree with using the membrane though as putting a sheet of plastic on a sodden wall will make the wall sweat....

The membrane has an air pocket it is not in direct contact with the brickwork. Over time this will dry out leak is now resolved
