nah im good i love the security in my high rise in uptown nobody cant just come up stairs unless they on the list or the front desk calls u and house anybody can just show up at anytime in a high rise with gated parking u dont have to worry about anybody breaking into ya car or tryna rob anything off ya car if something breaks in my apartment just call them to fix the problem VS a house where u have to pay for everything to get fixed in a apartment uptown u have locked mail boxes but a house amazon just put ya packages at ya front door and ppl can just take them they making it seem like houses are the way to go but theres many other problems they will have like home invasion's robbery even if u have a camera that still wont stop them and if u want to move u have to sell the house and might not even get what u paid for it depending on the market and thats if somebody buys with a lease u can leave at anytime its over or even break the lease and dont have worry about nothing else

This is great news for the millions of renters who have been gouged, and bled dry by heartless landlords. But unfortunately, the herd mentality will end up spiking the price of townhomes too. Sending people scrambling once more for the exits.

Renting is for suckers. Stop making your landlord rich. Stop procrastinating and wasting money on rent. There’s a reason why BlackRock and other companies brought hundreds of thousands of homes. a price correction is largely expected to be short-lived due to a chronic shortage of homes. Declining mortgage rates could also stoke demand, which would likely push prices higher. It's also important to note that real estate trends vary by region, which means that home prices in your area might not drop in either 2023 or 2024.
