I love Risey so much! I thought his behaviour regarding Shiney was enchanting with his purring snorts and being so vigilant of the unknown! Yfke needs knots to undo, she's so funny! Coralle is just gorgeous in lunge and Spidey in love is so sweet to the little blonde lady giving her kisses. Dieuwke on the 'bail' being brought in by the tractor was amazing. What a good boy he is! That early morning crispness with the sun hazily glowing in the background took my breath away. I felt like I had just taken the most lovely adventure with you, Yvonne, and thank you with much love to you all, including all the amazing animals. Oh, and Kiki in his little blanket was too cute! ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤

I love the sounds Risey makes. Very different from the other horses. Makes me think it's his way of purring like a cat would! And the little nose bump between him and Shiney was the perfect quarter of a second moment needed for Shiney to assure Risey that she isn't scary. It worked and they parted. Nose bumps to all of you in the Herd out there today reading this! Also wish that morning light would stay for hours, it was breathtaking! Thank you Yvonne!!

Rising Star consistently exhibits distinct reactions, demonstrating a quick discernment between ponies and horses, yet oddly, a miniature horse seems to be his bane. It just struck me: his frequent snorting might serve as a warning signal to the other horses and ponies, alerting them of the "intruder" 5:08. He's acting as the alpha "stallion" here, but poor Shiney ends up being seen as a threat by him. As mentioned by some of the viewers, it's probably as a result of her size coupled with her coloring, which kinda looks like those predators that go after horses, like mountain lions or coyotes.

Yvonne, thank you for another wonderful video. Rising Star ⭐️ is the Leading man ( in your video). This is a new word he is giving us today!!! I have never heard this one before. He is so happy today and active and beautiful. I am pleased that Spidey likes Shiney. It will be good if she has a friend or two. I am really falling in love with Corella. She was very gentle with Yfke in the arena. I think she will be a great mother. All the others were so good. Daisy really protects Peace. The view of Bauke driving the big bale of hay into the barn was outstanding. The early morning frost and rising sun made a very lovely picture. All in great video. Risey acts like the protective stallion of his herd. Snorting, prancing and keeping his eyes ... on whatever that is out in the paddock! LOL😊 How beautiful the sunrise was and something surreal about you and your horse silhouetted by the rising sun's golden glow. Really, you are so lucky to own such a property. Dieuwke and Shiney will love playing together. Shiney is so adorable but seems a little overwhelmed by the big horses and ponies. Rising Star's trot looks pretty good, all things considered. I just couldn't stop laughing at the way Risey was carrying on and was totally unable to get over his suspicions of Shiney! And Shiney is so incredibly adorable, which Spidey definitely noticed. At the end of the clip it was also amusing to see the horses trying to get into trouble - Risey chewing on halter, Yfke chewing on wire and Coralle playing with the handle of the poop pan. They really keep Yvonne on her toes! But still funny!

Also watching Risey yesterday I was reminded and I thought I’d share it again for the newer followers or those who might not know but 2 years ago just after Uniek adopted Risey after losing her Star and he his mem Ziffora the Dodo came calling and did a video of their story. It’s certainly an emotional one and bc of that video FH and Yvonne’s life with her very special herd has reached almost 7 million more people which I think is both incredible and so well deserved,if you haven’t seen it I highly recommend watching and of course thank you for doing so. Technically, this is snorting instead. Snorting is the expulsion of air through the nostrils whilst growling would be is vocalising from the vibrations of the vocal cords. Basically, snorting is emitted from the norse whilst growling is emitted from the mouth. Horses can have a low pitched growl, we especially hear it when horses are aggro towards each other and might bite each other.

What a gorgeous crisp morning that was. I could almost smell it through the screen. Lovely. Watching Risey is such a bittersweet experience. He's just such a beautiful horse - especially his head and expressive nature and I just want to will him through the screen to move well when he's in the arena. But it's kind of like watching someone with a Charley horse try to walk. He does seem to have at least have adapted to his limitations quite well at the moment. Loved the gorgeously fluffy Shiney! Who on earth would have thought a slightly smaller and different colour horse could cause such interest amongst the herd. I want Risey's snort as my test message sound.

Risey has develped into one very handsome horse! If his woobbler doesn't get worse, you could probably eventually ride him, slow and short. I love Shiney!!!! Your barn is so relaxed. Wonderful for the horses. No wonder they are so sweet! ❤

Rising Star was so shocked when he first saw Shiney but as soon as you were in front of him, he came forward with his ears pricked, neck dropped and ears forward, looking eager and more relaxed. Risey felt immediately safe with you there Yvonne. Wonderful to see
